Adam J. Hardej Jr., MAI, ASA, MBA, is the Chief Appraiser, President, and Founder of BAAR Realty Advisors. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Hardej is recognized as a trusted valuation expert throughout Texas and beyond. After earning his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance, he took on key leadership roles in the industry, including serving as a Regional Appraisal Manager for CBRE and managing a $500M real estate investment fund for Key Bank.
In 2002, Mr. Hardej launched BAAR Realty Advisors as a specialized real estate services firm with a mission to provide high-quality appraisals across the full spectrum of property types. His background allows him to approach every assignment with both a macro-level investment perspective and the technical rigor required for accurate valuation.
